In the bustling streets of NYC, a vast number of homeless cats roam unnoticed. LICFF is dedicated to making a meaningful impact by actively reducing its population. Through our compassionate efforts, we trap, neuter, and return these cats, providing essential care along the way. Additionally, we rescue cats in distress and assist in finding loving homes for those who are socialized.
